Bruce Langereis

Bruce has been involved with real estate and development in British Columbia for over 25 years. His love of the West Coast and passion for bringing out the best in everything he does perfectly matches the Delta Land philosophy of developing distinctive projects that enhance the community.

In 1996, Bruce was recruited to establish Delta’s Vancouver office, and under his leadership the company has quickly earned a reputation for creating buildings above and beyond the ordinary. As the Canadian Amateur Freestyle Skiing Champion of 1975, Bruce strongly supported the City of Vancouver’s 2010 Olympic bid and he sees many opportunities for the province in the coming years.

Landmark Thoughts

“Winston Churchill once said, ‘We shape our buildings, and afterward they shape us.’ Ensuring that everything we build is well designed, well engineered and built to last, is just the beginning. I never forget that the impact of everything we build will be felt for generations. Which is why we look for exciting projects that allow us to pursue our ideals and demonstrate what we mean by the phrase ‘landmark thinking.’
Our goal is to design and deliver well beyond expectations, to make each neighbourhood we build in, more beautiful, livable and memorable.”
